Invoice Customizer & Design Themes

In the SuperGST Customizer (/app/customizer), merchants can configure print designs independently across 4 distinct document types:

  Packing Slips: Warehouse picking slip with Code128 barcodes and package fulfillment details.

  Credit Notes: Section 34 sales return voucher issued against refunds and cancellations.

  Draft Orders / Pro Forma: Quotation and estimate document for Shopify draft orders.

SuperGST includes 4 handcrafted, modular HTML/CSS print templates optimized for crisp A4 paper printing:

• Sharp Theme: Clean, grid-based modern business aesthetic with high contrast borders and clear line separation. Default theme available on all plans.
• Bold Theme: Features prominent brand accent header bars, highlighted order numbers, and vibrant status pills.
• Celestial Theme: Sophisticated, minimalist layout with subtle divider lines and refined serif typography.
• Enterprise Theme: Compact, high-density corporate layout optimized for high line-item counts per page, ensuring multi-page invoices are cleanly structured.

The Customizer sidebar provides 4 organized panels for fine-grained control:

• Branding & Style: Set primary brand accent color (via hex picker), typography font family (Arial, Helvetica, Roboto, etc.), font size, and header alignment (Left, Center, Right).
• Statutory IDs: Toggle the visibility of your GSTIN, PAN, FSSAI number, IEC code, CIN number, and banking details.
• Header & Meta: Customize document title (e.g. "TAX INVOICE", "BILL OF SUPPLY"), toggle invoice date, order date, Place of Supply, transport mode, and supply date.
• Totals & Footer: Toggle GST summary table, dynamic QR code, product thumbnail images in line items, authorized digital signature block, custom terms and conditions, and footer notes.

Under Rule 46 of the CGST Rules, tax invoices must bear the signature or digital signature of the supplier or authorized representative.

SuperGST allows you to upload an authorized signatory image (transparent PNG format) and customize the signatory's designation (e.g., "Authorized Signatory" or "Director").
